Contact and recruiting inquiries
When you submit a contact or driver-interest form, the website processes the information you enter and sends it to TKR Trucking LLC through our business email provider. This includes your contact details, inquiry message, and any shipment or driving information you choose to provide. A successful submission means our email server accepted the message; it does not guarantee a response time or confirm a shipment booking.
The website does not keep a separate database of inquiry messages. Copies received in company email are used to respond to your inquiry and manage relevant business or recruiting conversations. Business email may be forwarded to our company Gmail inbox. Contact info@tkrtrucking.com with questions about your information or to request deletion, subject to any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Starting a shipment inquiry
The homepage route form passes the pickup, destination, and equipment choice to the contact page through its URL. These details may appear in browser history and routine hosting access logs. Contact details entered on the contact page are sent to our inquiry service only when you choose to submit the form.
Information to leave out
The driver-interest form is an initial inquiry, not a complete employment application. Do not include Social Security numbers, driver’s license scans, banking information, or medical records. Contact us to discuss any documents needed later in the hiring process.
Website technology
The motion control remembers your pause setting in this browser tab using session storage. Contact form details are not stored there.
The inquiry service uses a temporary, essential session cookie to validate form requests and prevent duplicate submissions. Spam controls retain keyed hashes of IP addresses and attempt timestamps in a private hosting file; entries older than one hour are removed when that file is next updated. Submission references and keyed message hashes are kept in the temporary session for duplicate protection, without storing the message body there. The host controls cleanup of expired session files. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own operational logs. No advertising trackers or analytics scripts are included.
